License Optimization for Music Pack

**Altered the License info to better suit (and reflect) the Free To Use format of Music Asset Packs, like what the other cool kids are doing 'round here. See below, at bottom of post. [edit] Also had to fix the .zip File as I mixed up the documentation files by accident. Too much caffeine I guess lol.

Free To Use. Royalty Free. This asset package is the VGM version of my two albums titled "Grim-Dark Works of Doominess" Volume One and Volume Two. Replete with 80's/90's dark fantasy aesthetic... Perfect for Visual Novels, Roleplaying games and more!
